Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via DPD. Please ensure that both billing and shipping addresses are accurate during checkout, as redirection is not possible once orders are placed. The billing address must match the one on your credit card statement.
Upon dispatch, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Prior to dispatch, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. We strive to minimize delays, but during sales periods, verification may take up to 48 hours.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates starting from the dispatch date. While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to remote locations or adverse weather conditions. During sales periods, slight delays may occur. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.*

Return & Refund Policy
We uphold a No Refund Policy. Natural products require an adjustment period. Our products work to eliminate artificial buildup on your hair, which may take time. Transitioning to cleaner haircare requires patience and commitment.

- b) Trial and error are part of the process. Multiple uses are needed to determine the right amount and frequency for your hair type. Adjustments may be necessary for optimal results.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defects in the application device for hair products. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to a healthier haircare routine.
Damaged Product
If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at info@drmichaelslab.com with images of the damaged goods, and one of our team members will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
Product images must be submitted with the e-mail in order for us to re-send the package. Damaged product(s) must be reported within 3 days of receipt (no exceptions). Products, that are damaged after use are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchanges.
